OCEPC/AEPA
The Stark County Schools' Council of Governments is a member of the Ohio Council of Educational Purchasing Consortia (OCEPC). The OCEPC is made up of the 10 Educational Purchasing Cooperatives in the state of Ohio. The members of The Ohio Council of Educational Purchasing Consortia have joined with 23 other states to increase the purchasing power of member school districts. These 23 states form the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA). The AEPA offers national bids (AEPA Bid and Legal Notice) and contracts offering the best prices on quality products and premier services based on the needs of over 27 million students.
