The Stark County Council of Governments (COG) is a member of the Ohio Council of Educational Purchasing Consortia (OCEPC). The OCEPC is made up of the 6 Educational Purchasing Cooperatives in the state of Ohio. The members of the Ohio Council of Educational Purchasing Consortia have joined with 29 other states to increase the purchasing power of member school districts. These 29 states form the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA). The contracts obtained through this association will offer the best prices on quality products and premier services based on the needs of over 38 million students in this national effort.
